Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 186th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on July 29, 1997. This was a special meeting. The Board went into executive session to discuss the YSU-APAS tentative agreement. After returning to the public session, the Board ratified the agreement.
