Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 181st meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on November 19, 1996. This was a special meeting and took place at the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM) . The meeting was held jointly with the NEOUCOM trustees and was conducted by Glenn H. Meadows, chair of the NEOUCOM Board of Trustees. Presentations and reports followed.
