Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 206th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on January 28, 2000. This was a special meeting, where the Board went into executive session to discuss the appointment of a successor to President Leslie Cochran. Upon returning to the public session, the Board resolved to extend an offer of the YSU presidency to Dr. David C. Sweet.
