Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 209th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on May 10, 2000. This was a special meeting to ratify the YSU-FOP labor agreement. The Board further resolved to extend the terms of the new agreement to related exempt employees.
