Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 211th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on July 28, 2000. This was a special meeting. During the course of the meeting, the oath of office was administered to new trustee Dr. H.S. Wang and to new student trustees Mollie McGovern and Kristin Serroka. Committee appointments were approved, and then the Board went into executive session to consider ratification of the YSU-APAS labor agreement. Upon returning to the public session, the Board ratified the agreement.
