Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 223rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on May 22, 2001. This was a special meeting, called to interview Dr. Rochelle Kelz, a candidate for the position of Provost. A quorum was not met, so those trustees in attendance discussed Dr. Kelz’s interest in the position.
