Presented are the minutes of the 247th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on April 23, 2004. This was a special meeting. The YSU Information Technology Master Plan was presented. Also, the Board resolved to approve the hiring of an external auditing firm for internal audit purposes.
