Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 273rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on November 27, 2007. This was a regular meeting, during which the Board nominated Dr. Dianne Bitonte Miladore for election to the NEOUCOM Board of Trustees. The Board also thanked Dr. H.S. Wang for his previous service in this capacity.
