dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 290th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees on July 14, 2009. This was a special meeting. The Board resolved: to purchase properties for campus improvement; to approve changes to student tuition, fees, and other charges; to name Armed Forces Boulevard; to ratify the YSU-APAS labor agreement; to appoint a presidential search advisory committee; to appoint a presidential search consultant; and to adopt the Board’s charge to the YSU Presidential Search Advisory Committee.	en_US
