dc.description.abstract	According to YSU's Office of Human Resources, the number of full-time faculty members employed in the psychology department has steadily declined over the past nine years. The YSU Scholars Program is being restructured and is causing controversy among current scholars and alumni. The second annual TEDx Youngstown event will take place at Ford Theater in Bliss Hall on January 23.By hiring Royall & Company, a third party enrollment manager, the University is pointing to signs of success. The Judith Rae Solomon Gallery and the fourth floor art department in Bliss Hall at YSU will be home for the Northeastern Ohio Scholastic Art Awards Exhibition. YSU President Jim Tressel was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame for the class of 2015 during the College Football Playoff National Championship. Sports features women's basketball player Latisha Walker.	en_US
