Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 338th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Board resolved to approve the selection of the position for Associate Vice President for Student Experience and to declare impasse and to implement the Tentative Agreement between the University and YSU-ACE (previously and overwhelmingly rejected by the YSU-ACE membership).
