Abstract:
Presented are the minutes of the 339th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting called to approve the selections for the positions of Dean of the College of Graduate Studies, Associate Vice President for Research, and Associate Vice President for Student Success. The Board also ratified a corrected resolution on its previous declaration of impasse and the implementation of the tentative agreement between the University and YSU-ACE (due to a typing error in the previous resolution).
