Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 327th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Board resolved to extend the term of student trustee Melissa M. Wasser as a member of the 2014 Presidential Search Advisory Committee, then went into executive session to discuss the resignation of the Vice President for University Advancement.
