dc.description.abstract	Presented are the minutes of the 350th meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Governance Committee reported that elections held during the March 2017 meeting violated the bylaws of the Board. Elections should have been held during the final meeting of the fiscal year (June 2017). Therefore, the Board voted to nullify the results of the March 2017 election. The Board then voted unanimously to acknowledge the Governance Committee’s recommendation of candidates for election as officers for FY 2017-2018. No further business was conducted.	en_US
