Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the 353rd meeting of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This was a special meeting. The Board met to consider the Fact Finder’s Report and Recommendations of the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement. Through a roll call vote, the Board rejected the report and recommendations.
