dc.description.abstract Matters regarding graduation were discussed including an estimate of graduating seniors for the purpose of ordering diploma covers and to prepare cards for application for graduation. It is recommended by April 5 that each dean complete a list of those who are already completed and cleared in December and March for graduation and a tentative list for those in June and August. A committee was put together to work out a plan for better control of the graduation procedure. Final decisions on graduates are not made until all grades are in at the end of the last quarter. It was announced that summer budgets, except for three departments, have been cleared. The fall schedule should be in by May 1. Mrs. Smith would like to meet with the deans or department heads to determine the use of large rooms on campus. The physical education report from Mr. Livosky was discussed and it was moved to continue giving approval for Health and Physical Education for Veterans. A form was approved to be made up for inter-college or department transfers for students transferring majors or schools within the University. It was informed that a WP-WF form should be sent to the school in which the course itself is being offered--not the school in which the student is enrolled. en_US
