dc.description.abstract | The first item for discussion was a review of the resolution by President Pugsley concerning the late payment fees. If the Trustees approve the Resolution, the Business Office is requested to send a letter to all students now on installment payments informing them that deferred payments will discontinue. The procedure for graduation this spring and procedure for the future graduation ceremonies was discussed. On recommendations for future graduations, Dean Schwartz developed two forms; the first being a Notice of Intention to Apply for Graduation and the second being the Application for Graduation. Deans must tell Mrs. Smith when they intend to register for summer. It was determined that there must be some kind of pre-registration to take care of the transient students. Dean Coffield state that he must have an accurate cunt of classes on the first day of summer school. It was determined that the matter of coding students is difficult at this time because of impending changes. | en_US |
