dc.description.abstract | The following motions were carried by the Council: 1. Outstanding students (left to the determination of the Admissions Office) who lack no more than two high school courses be allowed to enter the University as a college freshman to take no more that two college courses while he is at the same time completing course work in high school. 2. Suspended students who are transfer students must sit out one year unless the college from which they have been suspended will attest to the possibility of readmission and the date of such readmission. The Academic Council entered into a discussion on the fall orientation. Dean Paraska and Dean Dykema agreed to coordinate the entire orientation schedule. Dr. Coffield stated that he will be preparing a presentation for reassessment of our objectives and our programs. | en_US |
