dc.description.abstract	The deans were requested to allow the deadline date for admission to classes be changed from April 2 to April 5. The rosters the deans received include all changes through March 21. Proof of schedules for the summer quarter would be ready April 2 and for the fall quarter by April 2 or 3. An issue regarding the academic calendar for examinations and graduation was brought up for discussion. Dr. Jonas asked the deans about the transfer requests and where they should be sent. Students suspended during the past quarter were to receive a full refund for the spring quarter. An announcement was made that the Title VI grant from YSU was rated number one in the State. Dr. Coffield made an announcement regarding summer school of 1969.	en_US
