dc.description.abstract	Dr. Foster reminded Council that the proposed Assignments of Students to Schools by Majors was not completed. Council discussed the first 13 points of President Pugsley's proposed guidelines governing promotions and related problems. Council agreed to meet with the Academic Affairs Committee to discuss Early Grades for Graduating Students on March 12. The following were added to the agenda: the status of senior sheets, scheduling hours, and early admissions policy.	en_US
