dc.description.abstract	A list of faculty giving incomplete "I" grades during the Winter '73 quarter was distributed. Dean Bleidt and Bertelsen were present to discuss an "Orientation Proposal." A study made by Institutional Research on the percentage of tenured faculty for 1973-1974 was distributed. A brief report on the status of collective bargaining was given.	en_US
