Abstract:

Lt. Col. Longacre presented some of the problems of ROTC. V.P. Edgar distributed a discussion draft of the procedure in the selection of Dept. Chairmen. Dean Moore presented the problem of salary differential between 9 month faculty and dept. chairmen. Dean Byo suggested a restudy of the entire summer school operation. V.P. Edgar distributed a report from the academic guidance and registration committee (attached 04_26_1974). President Coffelt reported the Board of Trustees agreed to the newly organized academic senate.
