Abstract:

Dr. Jonas, Director of Planning, was present to discuss the implications of the Long Range Computing Plans, and to clarify future actions expected of the deans. Issues arose when a partial audit had shown several discrepancies which were not brought to the attention of the Veterans Administration by YSU. The Veterans Administration claimed University was liable for over payments if restitution was not made by the veteran.
