dc.description.abstract	McGraw solicited the Deans' assistance in helping set up the Academic Program Goals hearings which were to be held around campus during the week of May 18. Summer advisement and registration was discussed. Rand asked that each dean review a sample of "Position Announcement" and submit their comments to him. William Jenkins, Chairman of the University Curriculum Committee, solicited the Deans' advice on a matter which came before the group. Dean Rand asked for assistance from the Deans in finding a successor for Coordinator of Faculty Development. Dean Rand gave notice that a future agenda would be the discussion of the B. A. Dean Sutton raised three questions dealing with registration, class honors and diplomas.	en_US
