dc.description.abstract	Data was still being added to the Degree Audit program. Provost Gillis discussed three proposals for the Academic Challenge Grants. Equipment Budgets for 1988-1989 remained under review. The Provost clarified YSU's part-time faculty situation. The Provost distributed his report to the Board of Trustees. A letter from Dr. Shipka expressed concern over hardships caused by the Limited Service policy. The student evaluations of faculty were late but were expected to arrive soon. A FIL Committee has been appointed. The State Board of Education moved to extend the public school year by 10 days. A copy of Chancellor Coulter's November speech is available upon request. The Trustees formed a new committee on Athletics. Yiannaki distributed early registration materials and discussed the program.	en_US
