dc.description.abstract	OBOR Subsidy changes and enrollment deadlines for workshops in Fall needed to be closely observed. The Affiliated Scholar proposal was motioned and passed. Transfer sites for ROTC students were discussed and included Kent and Akron as options. An orientation class was being considered and a proposal for DeBartolo Funds was being prepared. Forms regarding Non-teaching Duties had to be turned in. Responses on use of surplus XT-PC's were being collected. Star School award was still alive and YSU was in the final stages of consideration for the award. There was a small gain in summer enrollment. Lively discussion was held over the Proposal for Application Processing.	en_US
