dc.description.abstract	The Travel policy was discussed with planned changes taking effect the following July. Communication was forthcoming on a refund policy in case of a strike. Penguin Sampler Day was planned for November 9. Mapley announced that the Transfer Module had been accepted by the review subcommittee. Three names were submitted by the search committee for the Arts and Sciences Dean. The Budget depended upon the Ohio Senate's approval. OEA filed an intent-to-strike notice. The Ed.D. proposal is at OBOR for distribution and comment.	en_US
