dc.description.abstract Maternity leave challenges for faculty at YSU are discussed. The YSU Board of Trustees approved President Jim Tressel's one -year contract agreement through June 2021. The CVS Pharmacy on Park Avenue in Youngstown closed its doors Jan. 11. YSU"s Fiscal Year 2020 Operating Budget showcases an overall 2.1% increase from the previous fiscal year's budget. The Department of World Languages and Cultures at YSU is one of the most culturally diverse departments at the university, offering students the opportunity to learn over 10 languages. The Campus Lofts apartment complex is expected to be complete late in the summer of 2020, just in time for fall 2020 semester. YSU follows the national trend of more women attending universities. The "We See Tomorrow" Campaign helps fund a biomedical lab for students in the College of STEM. YSU students open doors to creativity through the SMARTS (Students Motivated by the Arts) Program. The growth and history of the Butler Institute of American Art is given. The history of the names of YSU's buildings is given. Tips are given for making nutrition a priority through meal prepping. The YSU track and field team is preparing for another successful season starting with the YSU Invitational. Darius Quisenberry of the men's basketball team is featured. The men's basketball team has kept a 5-2 record since Dec. 15 so far this season. en_US
