Abstract:

A recommendation for the men’s athletic program to move to Division I status in the NCAA was considered. Anthony Koury and Dave Bozanich, candidates for president and vice president respectively of Government, presented their views. Fletcher L. Byrom, chairman of the Koppers Company of Pittsburgh, was the next scheduled Wean lecturer.
