dc.description.abstract	This was a special meeting. The contract for the construction of Ward Beecher Science Hall was approved. The Board approved a motion to seek federal grant funding for the construction of a new Health & Physical Education building and a new Music & Fine Arts building. President Jones gave notice of his intention to retire. President Jones reported on spring enrollment figures. He also discussed matters pertaining to the establishment of a community college.	en_US
