dc.description.abstract	President John Coffelt’s expenses were declared legitimate by Mahoning County Common Pleas Judge Bannon. A disabled YSU graduate student promoted the rights of the handicapped. Betty Shipp, Student Activities secretary, resigned. Dr. James Ronda’s (History) interest in Sherlock Holmes is highlighted.
