World renowned otologist Dr. William H. Lippy of Warren will give the address at YSU's Winter Commencement on March 28 in Beeghly Center. YSU's Women's Resource Center will present its "Women's History Celebration" March 2-12. The programs include several films and lectures, a dinner and a theatre production.
