dc.description.abstract	Youngstown was viewed as “fair” in terms of job discrimination. Numerous campus construction projects were underway, including the building of a bridge spanning Wick Avenue. The faculty approves a new contract. A new assistant was hired for Kilcawley Center. Bliss exhibited art highlighting Ohio landmarks.	en_US
