Abstract:

A slide show, brochures, books and menus will be featured at a preview of the YSU Home Economics' cuisine tour of England, France and Belgium this summer. The preview will be March 28 in Cushwa Hall. YSU's Office of Continuing Education and the Departments of Nursing and Home Economics will co-sponsor a six-week course, "Parenting and Your Child's Health," beginning April 9. Dr. Edith Lerner, associate professor of the Department of Nutrition, Case Western Reserve University, will speak at YSU April 22 as a special lecturer. Admission to Dr. Lerner's free lecture, "Marvelous Minerals on Your Menu for Health," is on a first-come, first-served basis.
