A public concert by world famous cellist Anner Bylsma will be held at YSU April 18 in Bliss Recital Hall. The ever-changing family will be discussed during a Tri-County Maternal/Child Health Association conference on April 16 at YSU. "Caring for the Healthy Family: The Other 90 Percent," is being cosponsored by YSU's Office of Continuing Education.
