Two economics professors at YSU, Dr. Yih-wu Liu and Dr. Anthony H. Stocks, have completed work on a quarterly economic forecasting procedure for the Youngstown-Warren Metropolitan Area. They will hold a press conference March 30. Ann Isroff is the 11 annual Winter Commencement speaker.
