dc.description.abstract 143 gifted and talented high school students from a four-county area are taking part in the first Governors Institute for Gifted and Talented Students. YSU was one of twelve state universities chosen for this program. The learning opportunities are specialized and hands-on in nature. Programs are offered free to participating students. The YSU Board of Trustees called a special meeting for July 11 to discuss collective bargaining issues. en_US
