dc.description.abstract	Tuition goes up $183 a semester for full-time undergraduates. MoveOn members of the Mahoning Valley gathered at the BP gas station on the corner of Mahoning Avenue and Route 46 to protest rising oil prices and the United States dependency of fossil fuel. YSU hired Neal McNally as the new director of budget planning and resource analysis. Student Spotlight features Kristen Olmi. Former YSU penguin, Kevin Libeg, singed a free agent contract with the Cleveland Indians.	en_US
