dc.description.abstract	The Ohio Board of Regents completed its annual evaluation of Youngstown State University with the evaluation showing mixed results. The Youngstown City Council excludes the proposed renovation of Beeghly Center from its Youngstown 2010 project. Friends and family recalled on the determination of YSU student Kimberly DeOnofrio and her fight with ovarian cancer. YSU senior, Shannon Dillingham, hopes to make it big in the record industry. YSU senior Lena Arens was named the Horizon League Women's Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week.	en_US
