dc.description.abstract A Youngstown State University human ecology professor earned his master's and doctoral degrees from a university that was closed by the FBI, and YSU officials are now investigating allegations that William Bruce Neil misrepresented his credentials. Interim executive director of the Metro College Gordon Mapley hopes to hold the position as he interviews to keep it. The Ohio Board of Regents recently gave the Enterprise Ohio Network a $315,000 grant which will allow YSU's Cisco Networking Academy to be a premier training facility for the Home Technology Integration Plus certification. The Youngstown State University Board of Trustees passed resolutions concerning an international partnership, the YSU bookstore and a labor grievance settlement at their quarterly meeting. Students gear up for '04 SGA elections with flyers, t-shirts, buttons and websites. en_US
