dc.description.abstract	An outside auditing firm has told the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees that it has "significant deficiencies" in the design and operation of its internal financial controls. The YSU model U.N team won second place over-all for the fifth year out of seven years at the University of Toronto conference. U.S. Sen. John Edwards campaign stops in Youngstown. Wife of U.S. Senator John Kerry spoke at the Oak Hill Renaissance Center. Pete and Penny Penguin are featured in a new children's book by Sharon Mika, a coordinator in the Office of Admissions.	en_US
