dc.description.abstract	The Professional Conduct Subcommittee unanimously votes that the charges against Human Ecology Professor William Bruce Neil are justified. Former Youngstown area high school football start and Ohio State University tight end Louis Irizarry was suspended from the Buckeyes after being arrested for the second time and at least one Youngstown State University football coach said he would not be surprised if Penguin players were trying to recruit him to play for YSU. Students notice segregation on campus. Penguin sculptures wait in Tod Hall for their official unveiling as part of the Penguin Parade public arts project.	en_US
