dc.description.abstract	The fate of Human Ecology professor, William Bruce Neil, rests in the hands of the Human Ecology Chair Jean Hassell. An outside auditing firm reviewing Youngstown State University President David Sweet's travel and entertainment expenses said they have found "no improprieties." Three Ohio colleges grant staff domestic partner benefits. William H. Beisel, former dean of workforce development and continuing education at the University of Akron, has been named executive director of the Youngstown State University Metro College.	en_US
