dc.description.abstract	YSU-OEA reps say domestic partner benefits must be extended to faculty. William Biesel is named the Metro College director. Students and staff at Youngstown State University will be able to continue hitching rides with the YSU shuttle bus service despite rumors saying otherwise. The two-day Festival of the Arts brought thousands to YSU's campus from around the Youngstown Region to indulge in a celebration of art, music, food and culture.	en_US
