Abstract:

Presented are the minutes of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. This is a special meeting. The Board resolved to ratify the Youngstown State University Association of Professional/Administrative Staff labor agreement. The meeting concluded with the Chairperson thanking the negotiating teams on both sides for their hard work.
