Presented are the minutes of the Committees of the Youngstown State University Board of Trustees. Included are the minutes and presentation material of the following committees : Governance Committee, Academic Excellence and Student Success Committee, Institutional Engagement Committee, Investment Subcommittee, Audit Subcommittee, University Affairs, Finance and Facilities Committee, and Executive Committee.
