dc.description.abstract	Property purchase poses problem and prompts administration officials to ask the YSU Board of Trustees for more freedom when purchasing land. Apathy reigns in Homecoming vote with less than 6% of the student body voting. Academic Senate is looking into extending library hours during finals week. YSU and Liberty Twp. are focusing on beautifications plans for the areas of Belmont Ave and Gypsy Lane, which are the main connection points between Liberty and Youngstown.	en_US
