dc.description.abstract The number of part-time faculty teaching courses at Youngstown State University has risen significantly causing a distinct obstacle to the university as it heads towards an accreditation review starting in 2007. A recently passed congressional spending bill may soon bring bad news to low-income students at YSU by cutting eligibility for Pell Grants. Maag library offers coffee, cookies, and a quiet place to study for finals. World AIDS Day was recognized at YSU through activities that included education in front of Com Doc, Free HIV testing in the Ohio Room and games inside Peaberry's Café. en_US
