dc.description.abstract	YSU Courtyard apartments increase rent by $15 a month due to inflation and the annual increase of all expenses. Protesters gathered at the Federal Courthouse downtown on inauguration day to protest the inauguration of President George Bush. The Student Government Association passed its first legislative action of the semester, to create a tuition lobbying group. Officials plan fundraiser for tsunami victims in Indonesia. Jambar interviews John Barber of the YSU men's basketball team. The Mutual Aid program, a program that allows university police to use other police forces on top of their regular police squad in emergency situations and vice versa, was revamped to include Mahoning County officers.	en_US
