dc.description.abstract Youngstown State University administrative officials said they are requesting an institutional accreditation delay of one year from the Higher Learning Commission. Leon Stennis, Youngstown State University's current coordinator for diversity initiatives is retiring and announced that his last day at YSU will be August 31. A committee of Youngstown State University officials designated to find a developer for the Wick Pollock Inn has chosen a finalist, the Paran Management Company. Greg Moring, art professor at YSU, hopes to brighten up the city of Youngstown with public art displays. YSU pitcher Sarah Lockmiller earns pitcher of the week honors.
